How long in advance should I hire you as my Wedding Planner?

It’s best to contact us as early as possible, ideally 12 months before your wedding, but we can also plan beautiful weddings in just a few months. Our schedule fills up quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

Do you organise weddings all over Spain and abroad?

We organize weddings throughout Spain and abroad, having worked in various regions like Madrid, Zaragoza, Catalonia, Valencia, Andalucia and Mallorca. We love traveling and discovering new places, whether locally or internationally. Feel free to contact us to discuss your destination in more detail!

Does the budget include any decoration or material for the wedding?

The budget does not include decoration items like flowers, stationery, or lighting, but these will be covered under the decoration project. The budget will have two parts: one for materials (flowers, lighting, etc.), and another for our services, which include coordination, setup, teardown, and our creativity to make your day unique.

As a couple, how will we be involved in the organisation of the wedding?

We’ll handle the planning, but we make sure the wedding reflects you as a couple. We start with a meeting to understand your vision, and you’ll be involved in selecting suppliers and making important decisions. Your opinions and choices guide us throughout the process, ensuring the event feels personal and true to you. Together, we’ll create a wedding that’s uniquely yours.

We live outside Spain, can you help us with the organisation of our wedding?

Yes, we can help you organize your wedding in Spain, no matter where you live. We’ve worked with many couples abroad, and thanks to emails, video calls, and occasional travel, we ensure everything is perfectly managed. Distance is no issue! Feel free to contact us for more details.

Will you be present on our wedding day?

Yes, we will be present on your wedding day to oversee everything, ensuring you can focus on enjoying your celebration. Our coordination service includes two people during the event, and depending on the complexity, distance, or guest count, we may suggest additional team members. We can discuss your specific needs in detail during our meeting to ensure everything runs smoothly.
